The cat becomes extremely aggressive and traumatized after witnessing the terrible things that happened to its family.
Yesterday, while walking down the street, we came across a small stray cat with yellow fur.We tried to approach it gently. However, out of fear, the kitten showed extreme aggression.
It kept retreating backward, growling and threatening to attack us.The street was bustling with people, yet no one offered any help to this little cat.
We couldn’t let it continue living in such a dirty and miserable place, so we decided to take it to the rescue center. But first, it needed to visit the veterinary hospital for a thorough check-up.Here, the doctors conducted all the necessary examinations to assess its health.
Fortunately, everything was fine. However, the cat still needed to be treated for parasites as it had been living in a dusty environment for quite some time. The doctors gently sprayed disinfectant all over its fur to eliminate fleas and ticks.Next, they applied antibiotics to its face and wounds to prevent infection.
We allowed it to roam freely indoors, letting it familiarize itself with the surroundings, reducing its stress and fear.We also bathed and dried its fur.
After a day of acclimating to the new environment, it seemed that its fear of humans had disappeared. The cat now had a fresh appearance, obediently curling up in our laps and enjoying gentle strokes. We named it Whisker. Whisker joined our family along with another group of rescued cats we had saved three months ago.
Whisker appeared delighted and secure among these cats.
It’s hard to believe how quickly it formed new friendships.
Even the mother cat of these kittens accepted Whisker, allowing it to nurse alongside her own kittens.
It was a heartwarming moment for us to witness how these small animals knew how to help each other.
We were overjoyed for Whisker, having found a new mother and a truly new family.
